Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Subscribers and promotional offers may receive expedited or discounted shipping when applicable.

Returns
At Giannos, our goal is to ensure customers are satisfied with their purchases.
We accept returns within 30 days from the invoice date, provided that items are returned in their original packaging and in salable condition.
Opened or used products cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or defective.
Giannos reserves the right to refuse refunds on personal use products.
Return Conditions
- Free return shipping is provided if the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective
- Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable
Restocking Fees
- A 20% restocking fee applies to voluntarily returned items that are opened, used, or no longer in salable condition
- Orders over $500 (special orders) are subject to a 50% restocking fee
Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused at delivery, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Include “RETURN” and your order number in the subject line.
You may be asked to provide:
- Your order number
- The damaged or defective item
- Your preference for refund or replacement

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming that the item has been received.
You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within several business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time for the refund to post
- Contact your bank
